WARRANTY POLICY

Service Fee – there is no charge for any call made within the first 12 months of the installation date.Service Fee – there is no charge for any call made within the first 12 months of the installation date.

Inspection Fee – any call outs requested more than 12 months after the installation date carry a fee of $180 + GST, which is payable prior to the inspection taking place.

  • Products and parts required during the Warranty period are supplied at no cost, with installation labour charged at $100 per hour.
  • Motorisation – note that costs imposed through the need for an electrician are not covered by the Warranty
  • Please note that your Country Blinds Warranty is not transferrable.

HOW TO CLAIM AGAINST
COUNTRY’S WARRANTY

  • You must cease using the product as soon as you have noted the defect;
  • You must provide Country Blinds with proof of purchase;
  • You must begin your claim by lodging a service ticket via this website;
  • Country Blinds service department will respond within 5 working days of a claim being lodged
  • Note that subject to Consumer Law in Australia, the responsibility of Country Blinds under the Warranty will not exceed the purchase price of the products in question, or their replacement cost

Country Blinds are active all over South Australia, installing blinds, curtains and shutters in thousands of homes every year. While our local custom manufacturing is carried out to the highest possible standards, occasionally an issue outside of our control may arise. But we’ve got you covered.

In the instance that you have an issue with any Country Blinds product that is under Warranty, simply complete and submit the form on this page, being sure to include all the details of the issue. This process creates a ticket that is scheduled by our service department. From the time of submission, you can expect a response within 5 business days.
