Inspection Fee – any call out’s requested more than 12 months after the installation date carry a fee of $150 Inc GST, which is payable prior to the inspection taking place.

Should you require any repair of a Country Blinds product that does not meet our Warranty conditions, you can set about having it remedied by completing and submitting the form on this page. Ensure that you include all the details of the breakage, so that our team can best address your concern. Once you have submitted the form, a ticket is created, which automatically appears in the roster of our repair team. Expect a response from one of our technicians within 5 business days.
