We only repair products manufactured, supplied and installed by Country Blinds. We do not repair products made or installed by other providers.
Inspection Fee – any call outs requested more than 12 months after the installation date carry a fee of $150 Inc GST, which is payable prior to the inspection taking place.

Should you require any repair of a Country Blinds product that does not meet our Warranty conditions, you can set about having it remedied by completing and submitting the form on this page. Ensure that you include all the details of the breakage, so that our team can best address your concern. Once you have submitted the form, a ticket is created, which automatically appears in the roster of our repair team. Expect a response from one of our technicians within 5 business days.
A repair request is a form you submit when a Country Blinds product needs fixing but isn’t covered under warranty or requires service beyond warranty conditions.
Country Blinds only repairs products they manufactured, supplied, and installed. Items from other companies are not serviced.
If the product was installed over 12 months ago, a $150 inspection fee applies before the repair takes place.
Products and parts under warranty are supplied at no cost, but labour may be charged (e.g., hourly installation fees), and motorisation work needing an electrician is not covered.
After you submit the repair request form with details and photos, a technician will contact you — typically within about 5 business days.
