COUNTRY’S
REPAIR POLICY

We only repair products manufactured, supplied and installed by Country Blinds. We do not repair products made or installed by other providers

Inspection Fee – any call out’s requested more than 12 months after the installation date carry a fee of $150 Inc GST, which is payable prior to the inspection taking place.

  • Products and parts required during the warranty period are supplied at no cost (excluding damaged parts through misuse and exclusions from warranty). Installation labour charged at $150 per hour Inc GST;
  • Motorisation – costs imposed through the need for an electrician are not covered by the Warranty.
  • Please note that your Country Blinds Warranty is not transferrable.
  • Inspections are standard access only, (required scaffolding, extension ladders, scissors lifts etc will be quoted accordingly).

HOW TO CLAIM AGAINST
COUNTRY’S WARRANTY

  • You must cease using the product as soon as you have noted the defect;
  • You must provide Country Blinds with proof of purchase;
  • You must begin your claim by lodging a service ticket via this website;
  • Country Blinds service department will respond within 5 working days of a claim being lodged
  • Note that subject to Consumer Law in Australia, the responsibility of Country Blinds under the Warranty will not exceed the purchase price of the products in question, or their replacement cost

Should you require any repair of a Country Blinds product that does not meet our Warranty conditions, you can set about having it remedied by completing and submitting the form on this page. Ensure that you include all the details of the breakage, so that our team can best address your concern. Once you have submitted the form, a ticket is created, which automatically appears in the roster of our repair team. Expect a response from one of our technicians within 5 business days.
