Promotional Terms & Conditions

All Country Blinds promotional offers are conditional on:

  • Placing a deposit prior to its expiry date;
  • A Country Blinds representative conducting a formal measure on site and offering a formal written quotation;
  • Over the phone price estimates or quotes do not qualify for any promotional offers;
  • Strictly one offer per customer or order;
  • Cannot be redeemed against a prior purchase;
  • Cannot be redeemed against a prior quote;
  • Not available in conjunction with any other offer;
  • Only available within 100 km of the Adelaide GPO, unless otherwise permitted in writing by a Country Blinds representative at time of quoting.
  • Promotional offers may end and may be extended at any time at the discretion of Country Blinds without notice;
  • All offers expire in a maximum of 14-days after the end date of the promotion;
  • All offers expire in a maximum of 14-days after a formal written quotation has been presented to the customer;
  • Refunds or credits will only reflect the purchase price of the item as displayed on the original purchase order;
  • Promotional offers are not refundable, transferable or redeemable for cash or credit;

Where any clause in these Promotional Terms and Conditions are in conflict with any other specific Country Blinds Promotional Terms and Conditions, the Specific Promotion Terms & Conditions will prevail.

Country Blinds collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may, for this purpose, disclose such personal information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, and to Australian regulatory authorities, as required. Acceptance of the offer is conditional on providing this information. Country Blinds may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning you.
