Country Blinds & Flooring – Crows Member Offer

Terms & Conditions

1. 1. Promoter

   This offer is provided by Country Blinds & Flooring in partnership with the Adelaide Crows (the “Promoter”).

2. 2. Eligibility

   This offer is available exclusively to current Adelaide Crows Members (“Eligible Members”). Proof of valid membership may be required at the time of enquiry, quotation, or purchase.

3. 3. Offer Description

   Eligible Members may receive up to 20% off selected blinds and flooring products and services.

   Important: The phrase “up to 20%” does not constitute a guaranteed or flat 20% discount. The discount percentage offered will vary and may be less than 20%.

4. 4. New Quotes Only

   • This offer applies only to new quotes issued on or after 1 March 2026.
   • Quotes issued prior to 24th February 2026 are not eligible.
   • Existing, accepted, or in-progress jobs do not qualify.

5. 5. Geographic Availability

   This offer is valid only within the state of South Australia and is subject to all applicable South Australian laws and regulations.

6. 6. Discount Application

   • The discount amount is determined at the sole discretion of Country Blinds & Flooring.
   • The discount percentage will vary based on the size and total value of the job, the scope of works, and the specific products selected.
   • Not all products may be eligible for discount.
   • The applicable discount (if any) will be confirmed in writing at the time of quotation.

7. 7. Exclusions & No Double Discounts

   • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, sale, advertised special, package offer, negotiated discount, price match, or staff discount.
   • No double discounts apply.
   • Where products are already discounted or on sale, this member offer will not apply unless expressly stated.
   • Excludes clearance items, gift cards, prior purchases, and existing contracts.
   • Commercial projects may be excluded at the discretion of Country Blinds & Flooring.

8. 8. Offer Period & Suspension Rights

   • The offer is valid until 11:59 PM ACDT on 31 October 2026, unless withdrawn earlier.
   • Country Blinds & Flooring reserves the right to modify, suspend, pause, or terminate the offer at any time, including due to market conditions, supply constraints, or other commercial considerations.
   • Any pause or suspension of the offer will be communicated to Eligible Members by the sales consultant at the time of enquiry or quotation.

9. 9. Redemption Process

   To redeem, Eligible Members must:

   • Contact Country Blinds & Flooring directly to arrange a quote; and
   • Identify themselves as an “Adelaide Crows Member” at the time of booking and quotation.

   Failure to disclose membership at the time of booking may result in the offer being deemed invalid.

10. 10. Non-Transferable

    The offer is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or credit.

11. 11. Supply & Installation

    All products are subject to availability. Standard manufacturing, supply, and installation timeframes apply. Site conditions and access requirements may impact pricing.

12. 12. Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, Country Blinds & Flooring and the Adelaide Crows are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this offer.

13. 13. Australian Consumer Law

    Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. 14. Privacy

    Personal information will be handled in accordance with Country Blinds & Flooring’s Privacy Policy.
